Boundary Farm Cottage is a detached property which was once part of the Felbrigg estate. It has many character features such as exposed beams, brickwork and pamment floors.

There is a large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and oil fired central heating.

With 3 bedrooms, the cottage comfortably sleeps 4, including child's bed and cot.

Small conservatory-porch leading into well equipped kitchen with dining area, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment.

Spacious sitting room with TV, video, DVD and wood burning stove in inglenook.

Hall with steep narrow stairs to three bedrooms – one double, one single with extra child’s bed and one small single bedroom. Bathroom with electric shower over bath, shaver point.

Accommodation

Sunny enclosed garden and lawn with garden furniture. Ample off-road parking in the drive.

All electricity, central heating and bed linen are included but please bring towels.

Stairgate, high chair and travel cot available free (please bring own cot linen).
